His goal is to create a safe and inclusive space where everyone feels comfortable asking questions and exploring treatment options. Jake will work with you to develop a customized treatment plan that aligns with your unique goals and preferences.
Education: Holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Oregon State University and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Linfield College. Currently pursuing a Master of Science in Family Nurse Practitioner at Maryville University.

Emerald brings a deep-rooted heritage of healing to the Vitality PDX team. Raised on Kodiak Island, Alaska, among their matrilineal roots, Emerald began practicing bodywork at a young age to help family members manage chronic pain. This lifelong dedication to wellness led them to Portland’s East West College, where they graduated in 2016.
Throughout a career spanning both clinical healthcare and luxury spa environments, Emerald has developed a balanced approach to recovery. They combine technical deep tissue work with intuitive relaxation to support the body’s natural healing process. Whether treating acute injuries or chronic musculoskeletal conditions, Emerald tailors every session to the client’s specific physical needs.

Stevie joins the Vitality PDX team with a dedicated and thoughtful approach to skin health. As the founder of Simple Cure Esthetics, she believes that achieving radiant skin should be an exciting journey rather than a problematic, time-consuming, or expensive chore. Her practice is built on finding the perfect balance for each client’s unique day-to-day regimen.
Whether focusing on anti-aging, acne control, or basic maintenance, Stevie provides goal-oriented care designed to highlight both inner and outer beauty. Her diverse toolkit includes advanced LED light therapy alongside a full suite of artistry services, including lash extensions, brow lamination, and professional waxing. She leaves her clients feeling empowered, educated, and confident in their skin long after their treatment.

Dr. Tyler Darnell, MD
Dr. Tyler is a board certified emergency medicine physician in Portland, OR. He grew up and obtained his education in the Southeast, graduating from Mercer University School of Medicine in GA and completing his residency at Virginia Tech Carilion School of Medicine and Research Institute in VA.
Dr. Tyler is passionate about emergency medicine and continues to serve the community in the emergency department. However, with the COVID pandemic, overflowing hospitals, and burnout, he sought to expand his practice to not only bring joy to patients, but also himself. His personal interest in aesthetics and cosmeceuticals, combine with his procedural skills and detailed assessments, creating a one of a kind aesthetic experience for his clients.
He has trained locally and internationally to provide the best experience possible for his patients.
He is a member of the AMS and AAAM.
I had a great experience receiving a treatment of Dysport from Jake. He was very attentive and thorough with checking on the areas I wanted to address and the results are the best I’ve had. The personal two week check-in via text was a really nice touch too.
