Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Vitality PDX. We are committed to providing exceptional treatments and products. To ensure a clear understanding of our policies, please review the following:

Treatments:

  • Due to the nature of our medical and aesthetic treatments, all services are non-refundable.

  • We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee of $50.

Products:

  • For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on skincare products.

Packages:

  • Packages are non-refundable. However, we may offer flexibility in scheduling appointments within the package time frame. Please inquire about package transferability options.

Dispute Resolution:
