Penile Girth Enhancement
(Penile Filler)

Portland

Private, thoughtful, non-surgical care for added penile girth, from Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner Jake Miller.

Considering this treatment is more common than you might think. Every consultation at Vitality PDX is private, unhurried, and judgment-free.

The Essentials

  • The Goal
Added girth. This treatment doesn't change length and isn't a treatment for erectile dysfunction.

  • The Product
A hybrid technique: Radiesse® (calcium hydroxylapatite) combined with a smaller amount of hyaluronic acid filler. Using these products for penile girth is off-label.

  • The Results
Visible once initial swelling settles, then gradually fading, typically over about 1 to 2 years. Results vary from person to person.

  • The Commitment
This treatment isn't reversible. An enzyme can dissolve the small hyaluronic acid portion to help manage certain complications, but Radiesse® can't be dissolved and fades naturally over time. That makes it important to be sure.

Is This Right for You?

The best candidates are well informed and clear about their goals.

Best for adults who:

  • Want non-surgical added girth

  • Have realistic expectations

  • Feel confident in their decision

  • Are comfortable following daily aftercare, including a massage routine

Not recommended for:

  • Anyone with a penile tissue disorder, such as Peyronie's disease

  • Anyone whose main goal is added length

  • Anyone who may change their mind about wanting added volume

Not sure which group you're in? Our private consultation can help.

  • We believe you should have the full picture before you decide. As with any injectable, there are risks. Possible effects include swelling, bruising, unevenness, lumps, or nodules. Infection is rare but possible. Other risks, including vascular complications, can be serious and may need urgent medical care. Including hyaluronic acid in the treatment does not eliminate these risks. Jake reviews all of them with you at your consultation, including what the hybrid technique can and can't do, before you commit to anything.

Frequently asked questions

  • Jake uses Radiesse® with a smaller amount of hyaluronic acid filler to take advantage of the characteristics of each. The hyaluronic acid portion can be dissolved with an enzyme if certain complications occur. Radiesse® cannot be dissolved. He'll explain his approach for your treatment at your consultation.

  • Not permanent. Both products are non-permanent fillers. Results gradually fade, typically over about one to two years, though this varies from person to person and can't be guaranteed.

  • No. An enzyme can dissolve the hyaluronic acid portion, which helps manage certain complications, but it doesn't dissolve Radiesse®. The rest is slowly absorbed by your body over time. That's why we only recommend this treatment once you're confident in your decision.

  • This treatment is for girth. It doesn't add length and isn't a treatment for erectile dysfunction. If either is on your mind, we're glad to talk it through at your consultation.

  • We ask that you wait at least three days. You'll receive full instructions at your visit

  • Pricing is discussed at your consultation, since treatment is tailored to you. Ask us about payment options when you book.
